Il video è stato diretto da Anton Tammi e richiama le atmosfere del film “Paura e delirio a Las Vegas”. L’artista si comporta da uomo senza scrupoli proprio come raccontato nel brano, dopo il successo ottenuto e il suo passato burrascoso.
“Heartless” – insieme al singolo “Blinding Lights”, arriva a un anno e mezzo dall’EP di debutto dell’artista, “My Dear Melancholy”.
Entrambi precedono il debutto cinematografico di The Weeknd in “Uncut Gems”, il film che lo vedrà al fianco di Adam Sandler. Per un secondo disco, invece, ancora non ci sono notizie chiare.
