ROMA – È ufficiale: Netflix ha annunciato la serie live action ‘Resident Evil’, basata sul leggendario franchise survival horror di Capcom. Per l’occasione il colosso di streaming ha pubblicato la foto del copione del primo episodio che si intitolerà ‘Welcome to New Raccoon City’.
La prima stagione, composta da otto episodi da un’ora ciascuno, è scritta da Andrew Dabb (‘Supernatural’) e Bronwen Hughes (The Walking Dead, The Journey Is the Destination) dirigerà i primi due episodi.
Secondo Hollywood Reporter, la serie avrà due sequenze temporali parallele in qui le sorelle Jade e Billie Wesker si trasferiranno a New Raccoon City. Qui scopriranno dei segreti che potrebbero distruggere il mondo.
